What you give us
Call-back forms. The forms on this site ask for your name, phone number, town and an optional note about your generator, and we record which page you sent the form from. We use that to call you back and set up the visit.
Phone calls. When you call (402) 542-4677 we see your number and hear what you tell us about the job. We use it only to answer you and do the work.
Call tracking and cookies
We use WhatConverts to track calls and requests connected with this website. Its script runs on these pages and may set cookies or use similar browser storage so it can tell which page or search led to a call or request.
Companies that handle data for us
Form requests are stored with Supabase and emailed to us through Resend. Vercel hosts the website and processes the ordinary request data any web server sees, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages loaded.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We may pass your request to a technician who can do the work so they can contact you about it, and we disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep request details only as long as we need them to answer you, do the work, keep normal business records or meet legal duties. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, call (402) 542-4677 or send a form request saying it's about privacy.
Children
This site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
